Though Madam Ruth Nicky Cleopas host the family but due to the nature of her job, she was not around. Madam Susan Nicky Cleopas became the presiding officer in the meeting. Mummy Atimi, Mummy Naomi and host of other relations were present. They discuss  many issues and also agreed to hold a yearly meeting. The NATIONAL UNION OF AZAGBENE FEDERATED COMMUNITY STUDENTS (NUAFCS), which has been death for some years ago, today through the collective effort and ideas of Comr. Cleopas Eseimokumo Frank (Pres NUES NDU CHAPTER) Comr Easter Ayiba (P. R. O ALABINI STUDENTS WORLDWIDE) And the likes of other Azagbene Federated Students in NDU was in a crucial meeting to bring back the union.
