There is a popular saying that," you can only give what you have,you can't give what you don't have". In his book "Oil,Gas And Life In Nigeria" in Chapter Five entitled, The Issues Of Environmental Sustainability. He gave an all-round impact of the activities the oil exploration has caused on the environment and the people of the Niger Delta and also proffer solution to the problems of the region. Under the subheading..Nigerian Environmental D egradation and Govt Agencies; he stated the factors and agencies responsible for ruining of our environment. With this in-depth knowledge about the Niger Delta Region,he is better positioned intellectually to Represent the Good people of Yelga, Kolga Fed Constituency and attract compensatory developmental projects to the region.
